Account Manager
Job Summary: A dynamic and motivated engineer who can promote our high-end AV & automation brands throughout the residential and hospitality sectors, with a strong technical background. The Account Manager will be the point of contact for their dealer database. He/she will be responsible for creating opportunities and building relationships (with current and new partners), and ultimately driving sales through system design & dealer support related activities. Must be able to provide technical & design support for all company key brands & systems, while maintaining sufficient knowledge in technical & system design capabilities while following ups on sales, logistics, designs and collections.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Develop business opportunities with existing dealer database · Signing on new dealers in the region · Work towards achieving set revenue targets · Adhere to set profitability targets by brand · Present and demonstrate the benefits of working with GR Media to prospective resellers and project stakeholder network, while building extremely strong relationships with them. · Quickly respond to dealer/design requests, while exchanging communications to attain information required · Enhancing relationships with current dealer network and developing the same with new partners as well. · Act as a consultant to clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored solutions. · Complete requirement analysis to ascertain the needs of the end user/customer/project. · Coordinate with the Design department to meet the needs of the end user, construction constraints, project timeline and budget. · Ensure that drawings and technical documentation are correct and delivered on time according to the agreed upon timeline. · Be able to explain systems/solutions, with all key USP’s, to GRMS Sales or Dealer teams. · Submitting weekly progress reports. · Ensure payments, deliverables, logistics and designs all adhere to schedule. · Ensure Dealer overall satisfaction with GRMS

Education Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree; preferred in business, engineering, or technology. · Ideally at least 1 year or more of experience in pre-sales/engineering/design within the industry. · CEDIA Certifications are preferred but not required.
