Job Summary: The Experience Curator is the face and storyteller of the GRMS Experience Center — a place designed to inspire guests through immersive, lifestyle-driven technology demonstrations. This role blends hospitality, storytelling, and presentation with a confident understanding of design and sensory detail. It’s not about selling products — it’s about creating moments that connect people emotionally to what they experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Welcome and host guests (dealers, clients, designers, consultants, developers, and media) through appointment-based visits. · Lead immersive demonstrations that engage all the senses — sound, lighting, visuals, scent, and hospitality. · Tell the GRMS story elegantly and clearly — emphasizing experience first, technology second. · Gather guest feedback and ensure every visitor leaves inspired and impressed. · Manage daily readiness of the Experience Center: lighting, scent, soundscapes, cleanliness, and presentation. · Oversee and serve in the coffee & beverage bar, ensuring professional presentation and quality. · Coordinate small hospitality moments (snacks, drinks, greetings, goodbyes) that reflect GRMS’s attention to detail. · Support private screenings, workshops, and special events. · Work with Marketing to document guest experiences, share visuals, and support PR/influencer visits. · Collaborate with Sales to manage schedules and ensure visits are linked to dealer opportunities. · Work with Technical Support to maintain systems and ensure demonstrations are flawless. · Maintain CRM guest records and weekly visitor reports.
|
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
|
Work Experience Requirements:
· Preferred Background: 3+ years in luxury retail, hospitality, design showrooms, art galleries, or experiential marketing. · Experience in client hosting, event coordination, or brand storytelling. · Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills — warm, articulate, confident with high-profile guests. A natural sense of hospitality, poise, and awareness of luxury guest expectations. · Sensory awareness — attention to sound, lighting, scent, visual detail, and environment. · Comfortable with technology demonstrations (not as a technician, but as a storyteller). · Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented; able to multitask between hosting and operations. · Fluent in English; Arabic or French a plus. · Reports to Technical Director / Experience Center Lead. Works closely with Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, and Operations. |
