Job Summary:

 

The Assistant Brand Manager supports the Marketing team across PR, digital, retail, and events — helping to plan, execute, and optimize brand campaigns, partnerships, and content. This role ensures consistent storytelling, effective coordination with agencies, and seamless alignment with the brand’s regional and global strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sound Experience/Sonos

·       Act as supporting lead copywriter for all marketing content across PR, digital, events, and retail.

·       Support in developing and executing brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations.

·       Manage day-to-day coordination with PR and digital agencies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with KPIs.

·       Lead PR activities and initiatives, including press releases, influencer collaborations, media seeding, and coverage tracking.

·       Assist in planning and executing events and activations, ensuring flawless execution and brand consistency.

·       Oversee social media and digital marketing performance with agencies, tracking results and optimizing spend.

·       Support content creation including shoot briefs, creative approvals, and post-production management.

·       Manage and support with CRM communications (newsletter, WhatsApp) and ensure all copy aligns with brand tone.

·       Track monthly budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, retail, and global teams to maintain brand excellence.

GR Media Solutions

·       Source, create, and execute newsletter content for GRMS communications.

·       Develop and publish LinkedIn content in line with brand tone and updates.

·       Provide marketing and logistical support for GRMS training sessions, including invitations and gifting.

·       Coordinate events and activations (both on-ground and online) to support GRMS initiatives.

·       Proofread and provide text support for all GRMS forms on the new portal.

·       Collect and update monthly customer data in collaboration with Mike, Sherry, and Josie.

Education Requirements and Skills:
Describe Degree/Diploma/Certifications/Licenses/software/systems  needed to perform the job.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles.
  • Strong copywriting and creative storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing PR, digital, and creative agencies.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication abilities.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp or other CRM/email platforms.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for marketing and operational excellence.
